Refund policy

Refunds will be processed through your credit card company in the following cases

  • in the case of defective products or our product errors
  • if a replacement item is not available

 

If the refund procedure is completed after the closing date of the credit card transaction, the amount of the transaction (purchase) may be deducted from your credit card once. Please understand this in advance.
** Credit card closing dates and debit dates are in accordance with each credit card company.

The refund will usually be made 2~3 months later, depending on the timing of the refund procedure, the credit card company's closing date, and the refund processing procedure.

If the refund cannot be confirmed on your credit card statement after the above period, please contact your credit card company directly for details regarding the refund date, etc., as this information is treated as personal information.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the customer's own (except for damaged or stained merchandise).

In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges of good items due to customer conveniences such as wrong image or wrong size. Please place your order after careful consideration.
